Territory Manager, Distribution Sales
Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsible for achieving all the KPI of respective territory.
- Territory Managers will assist Area Sales Managers in preparing different plans and activities giving various information, facts, figures and market feedback.
- Monitor daily activities of distribution house like cash management (Lifting & refund), bSA strike rate, KYC collection, target Vs achievement according monthly target.
- Daily Market visit.
- Develop route plan & visit plan for concern people of distribution house.
- Ensure bSA maintaining route plan, proper filling up of BIN card, verify physical versus book status in agent point, product availability at the agent point.
- Agents roll out and develop existing agents.
- Collecting market feedback and competition information.
- Create a pool of pet agents.
- Ensure training of each interested agents.
- Daily update & reporting to his supervisor (ASM).
- Share the scope of business development in his territory with owner of the house.
- Liaison with sales operations, trade marketing team for all sort of business related issue.
- Post-graduation from reputed local or foreign institution.
- At least 2 year(s)
