Job Description / Responsibility
  • Identify and document learning and good practices on gender equality changes in various BRAC programmes, departments and enterprises
  • Produce draft learning reports on various thematic issues related to gender equality and women’s empowerment
  • Support carrying out various internal and external studies on a range of thematic issues related to gender equality and women’s empowerment
  • Undertake learning field visits to different BRAC and non-BRAC development interventions to capture learning on gender equality and women’s empowerment
  • Deliver ready references of learning and good practices in favour of developing innovating projects in BRAC
  • Support dissemination/ publication of information and reports in public space such as website, blogs and other media

Educational Requirements
  • Masters in Social Sciences from any recognised national/ international university with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirements
  • At least 4 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • Age At most 45 year(s)
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience including practical experiences in the area of development research
  • Familiar with the gender and development issues in the context of Bangladesh
  • Understanding of project management in development sectors
  • Good writing skills both in Bengali and English
