Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain relation with customer, online base service.
- Main focus is rate & feature of the service.
- Receive the query from customer by email or in messenger, give proper and timely feedback.
- Inform /update customer about the service.
- Evaluate the performance based on some specific indicator.
- Increase the performance.
- Institutional Certificate is not important,
- Must be fluent in English speaking,
- Can write in English without error.
- Age 20 to 27 year(s)
- Good in MS Excel
- Maintain task management (timely completion and update supervisor)
- Festival bonus
