Job Description / Responsibility
  • Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
  • Strong sales closing capability.
  • Ready to visit clients in different business areas for business development on day to day basis.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to achieve Sales target.
  • Monitoring daily sales plan and performance & making market forecast including competitor activities (like price, trade offer etc.) Follow up action plans for effective exploration of sales leads and prospects by individuals as well as by team.
  • Building, establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients.
  • Accelerate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunity.
  • Responsible for Sales Channel development.
  • Prepares action plans to close the deals as well as collection process.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, activity reports and submit to Management.
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP/RFQ/Tender responses.
  • Willing to travel all over the country if required.
  • Manage all sales processes from lead generations, presentations and negotiations.
  • Present our services to potential clients through various mediums such as emails, face to face meetings, networking events etc.
  • Responsible and proactive for all new and existing client proposals, contracts and other documentation for the services.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.

Educational Requirements
    HSC/ Graduation/ Post graduation/ BBA from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sales, Corporate Marketing, Retail Stores/Shops, Trading/Wholesale/Indenting
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service, Wholesale, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Requirements
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Experience regarding handling distribution channel/ dealer management & corporate sales is preferable.
  • Must be a team player with good communication and presentation skill.
  • Knowledge about IT related product such as Security System product and other IT peripherals will be add advantage.
  • Good command in English both oral and written.
