Job Context
  • Job Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing all operation activities of the branch of the Company.
Job Description / Responsibility
  • Act as customer service provider of the Branch
  • Ensure that all documents collect from client to forward the file to Head Office
  • Ensure that the loan is properly approved from the Head Office before hand over the payment cheque to client;
  • Ensure that credit approval is properly reflected in the facility documentation and that it follows the credit policies as amended from time to time;
  • Ensure that securities are perfected as per approval before utilization of facilities and duly insured where applicable;
  • Ensure that all documents including facility advice letters and / or loan agreements are properly signed by the borrower’s, authorized signatory in the required places, and confirm that the signatures are duly verified;
  • Ensure all required information is received and reviewed for accuracy before releasing facility documents;
  • Ensuring that the company is adequately protected at all times through complete, valid, continuing and legally enforceable documents offering valuable consideration for the approved facilities;
  • Ensure pending documentation management, proper reporting and regular follow-up;
  • Develop, track & monitor the Daily Consolidated Documentation and Compliance Status Reports;
  • Develop an Electronic Data Management System Policy for the company and implement the same within minimum time;
  • Ensure the safety and security of all security document;
  • Initiate periodic review of operational process and make necessary changes to simplify processes;
  • Establish proper follow-up with the business units to ensure receipt of the facility documents in timely manner and as agreed on the facility documents;
  • Maintain petty cash of the branch;

Educational Requirements
  • MBA major in Finance/Accounts from reputed University.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the relevant areas in Banks/Financial Institutions.
  • Positive attitude & pro-activeness to lead & embrace changes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, able to work under pressure.
