- Develop admin and human resource manual and different SOPs for Pranon Group and supervise the implementation.
- Ensure, coordinate and lead all kind of administrative, HR, logistics and compliance related tasks of the organization.
- Mentor, Lead, Coordinate and communicate with other team members including Admin, HR and logistics.
- Perform and take all necessary initiatives to establish a management run organization.
- Coordinates with inter and intra offices and departments in administrative, HR, logistics and compliance matters.
- Arrange different promotional events i.e. workshops, campaign, promotional activities, exhibitions etc. if necessary
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- BBA/MBA(preferably Major in HR) from any reputed university
- Excellent command over English and Bangla (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in applications of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, innovative and energetic.
- Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- 7 year(s) related work experience including 2 years Managerial experience.
