Job Description / Responsibility
  • Direct & control overall HR, Administrative functions of whole Group.
  • Assist to review, support and implement HR strategy with organizational structure and cross department realignment.
  • Assist to formulate manpower planning.
  • Formulates policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company.
  • Assist to conduct the recruitment and selection process.
  • Prepare, Organize & Restructure Organogram for all departments.
  • Assist in the development and Implementation of programs that will drive increased employee satisfaction and commitment levels.
  • Assist to identify key roles & resources, devise development plan for the key resources.
  • Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
  • Derive HR Administration for compensation/ benefits, attendance, leave management, training & development.
  • Maintain a fair Performance Appraisal practice and educate line Managers.
  • Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
  • Devising KPI based Performance Management mechanism, executing the process accordingly and following up post appraisal activities.

  • Develop, practice monitor and evaluate of HR manual/ policy in the organization
  • Handle Employee Grievance & Disciplinary Actions.
  • Foresee and visualize the future requirement of potential manpower & challenges in terms of their skill and expertise.
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Masters/ MBA in HRM from any reputed private or public institution .
  • IBA will be preferred.
  • PGD in HRM from BIM.
Experience Requirements
  • 8 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Requirements
  • Age 40 to 50 year(s)
  • At least 08 years experience in Food Industries/ Company or Public Affairs related company.
  • Proactive, independent and positive in attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all others level.
  • Strong people management skills-fairness and ability to motive and manage the team.
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English.
