Job Description / Responsibility
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the process of Payroll (salary disbursement, GDPS, loan, advance, leave, maternity payment, festival bonus and leave encasement etc.) through the pay roll software.
  • Prepare notice, letter, memorandum etc. for any office order, announcements and HR letters including joining, promotion separation etc.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Educational Requirements
  • Post Graduation in Management/ HRM from reputed university.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management
Job Requirements
  • Good knowledge about labor law.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
