Job Description / Responsibility
- Payroll Management: Oversee the process of Payroll (salary disbursement, GDPS, loan, advance, leave, maternity payment, festival bonus and leave encasement etc.) through the pay roll software.
- Prepare notice, letter, memorandum etc. for any office order, announcements and HR letters including joining, promotion separation etc.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Post Graduation in Management/ HRM from reputed university.

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management
- Good knowledge about labor law.
- Computer literacy is essential.
