Executive – Sales Admin
Job Description / Responsibility
- Managing the correspondence to the sales team, dealer and distributor
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team, dealer and distributor
- Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
- Provides target vs. sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
- Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
- Liaise with field force, dealer & distributor to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide timely & structured feedback from trade, customers & competitors.
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- An ability to work independently and as a team.
- Graduates/ Masters in any discipline
- MBA Major in Accounts and Finance with good academic record from any reputed university.
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Office Management, Administration
- Age At least 25 year(s)
- Good inter-personal & communication skills, both verbal and written in Bangla & English.
- Very strong approach to systems, processes & standard operation procedures.
- Strong computer literacy skills especially in excel data analysis.
- Hand on Experience on Tally software.
