Job Description / Responsibility
- Should be dynamic to understand the customer’s requirement.
- Every day you should have practice to complete daily works.
- To communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
- To organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
- Manage All Files and Document
- Making reports for top Management and arranging meetings with all senior team members.
- Handling incoming mail and other material.
- Should be flexible for any kind of tour.
- Should have good knowledge on MS Office package
