- Daily sales reporting to supervisor
- Communicate related Govt./ Private Agencies
- Attend local / foreign fair/ event for business developments
- Assistant works / supporting works & public relation works of to the department head
- Receive valued guests/ Land owners/ clients
- Attend phone calls clients
- Receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customers feedback
- Attend daily/ weekly department meeting
- Attend companies promotional & cultural activities

- One sales target monthly basis from 2nd month.
- Tk. 9000 – 16000
- sales incentives per sale tk.15000/-, corporate Lunch, TA /Transport, Tea Break & Others will provided. without sales you will get tk.6000/- as salary for three month.
- If you achieve sales target one sales each month, you will get gross salary Tk.21000/- including sales incentives.
- Corporate lunch, credit cards, TA , sales incentives, Career growth, Corporate mobile connection & others will be provided.
- After 06 month provision period/ within the provision period salary will be increase on the basis of performance.
- Basic Real Estate/ Sales training will provided 07 days***
