Job Description / Responsibility
- Drafting various kind of Legal Notice, Letter of Authority, Applications & various kind of undertaking documents.
- To follow-up and monitor all lawsuits filed by the Organization or against the Organization pending in the Court and take all necessary steps to expedition.
- Look after the organization civil and criminal cases, letters, correspondence as per labor law 2006.
- Preparing various kinds of deeds and agreements relating to property transfer and mortgage and in due course registration of the same with the Sub-Registrar Office.
- Legal opinion on various kinds of documents.
- Review progress of outstanding lawsuit and liaise with external lawyers, third parties.
- Keep track of the latest changes and law regulations.
- Ensure high level secrecy and privacy for all legal data is maintained for the company.
