Management Trainee, Call Center
Job Description / Responsibility
- Perform key operational activities of both Inbound & Outbound Call Center including DAILY Call List Generation and Up-dating Call Completion Data
- Extract from Call Disposition Data for Daily and Periodic Report Generation
- Supervise / Monitor Tele Service Reps (TSRs) through Floor Management and/or Dashboard Viewing
- Train CC Agents / TSRs
- Prepare and Up-date Call Out Scripts
- Facilitate IT support and maintenance of Call Center H/W e.g., CC Agents’ CPU, PC Monitors, UPSs, Headphones etc. in good calling condition
- Ensure urgent solution to sudden CC Dialer / Asterisk / Software issues in collaboration with Vendor
- Help maintain HR and CC S/W Vendor relationship
- Website contacts routing for Customer Service Queue
- Masters in any discipline from a reputed university
- At most 1 year(s)
- Age 25 to 30 year(s)
- Knowledge in Data Analytics, People Management,IT and Call Center Technology (Asterisk / Dialer) will get preference
- Good command in MS Excel, Access, and Power Point.
- Hands-on knowledge in computer H/W Troubleshooting and Networking
- Basic knowledge in Windows and Linux.
