Job Description / Responsibility
- Day to day analysis of Physical, analytical test of RM & FG and reporting OOS & Ensure only approved materials are used in production
- Compilation of daily BMR, calculating & reporting daily deviation report.
- Ensure effective implementation of change control, protocols, CAPA.
- Develop, implement & coordinate QMS and HACCP requirements throughout the process. Participating on gap analysis, risk assessment & management and document upgrading activities.
- Ensure GMP compliance, plant cleanliness, pest control, environmental monitoring, critical hygiene procedure, staff health, water quality and ensuring its effectiveness
- Participate in team to conduct hygiene, 5S audit in plant and premises; participate in self inspection of QA and ensure timely self inspection for other departments.
- Participate & conduct validation activities of process, packing and systems and completeness of protocol and final report.
- Ensure calibration of all equipment listed in the calibration master list according to pre determined frequency.
- Ensure the scheduled tests of ongoing stability study at site and assessing & compiling the stability report issued by other external sites.
- Ensuring reserve samples management, testing market pickup sample.
- Ensure in process check & online Monitoring
- Support on validation activities (cleaning, analytical methods, equipments & processes) listed in the MVP.
- Monitoring the implementation CCP, oPRP & CP and reporting non compliance & suggesting & monitoring CAPA sustenance.
- Take part in all related activities to implement Quality Management System in MFPL as guided by superiors.
