Post Of Name: Branch Sales Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
- Must acknowledge about project, profit-loss equation and its utilization. Ability to plan and deliver service against project deadlines. Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved where maintaining a high quality of service.
- Must experience in elaborate, allocate and evaluate a total organizational organogram and hierarchy.
- Create and analyze different plan & strategies and apply, monitor & control them. Selection, arrangement and allocate the activities of all managers & executives. Provide proper training & support to all sections of the organization to improve their activities.
- Analysis will be responsible for optimal implementation of company’s activity plan and strategies.
- Drive market development for all section of the organization and implement several projects for efficiency improvement. Ensuring the total channel growth.
- Achieve growth & supervise sales targets of self and team members successfully by communicating with the sales team. Manage team and promote & provide technical service.
- Prepare commercial & organizational letter as per requirements for smooth running of business activities. Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills & excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- To prepare monthly reports on all activities for the authority & information assessments for sales staffs. Give sales feedback report to the authority.
- Identify, inform and implement opportunities for optimization, growth and user experience improvements and communicate development team effectively.
- Develop business plans for support and to improve organizational satisfaction, profitable growth and sales productivity. Develop strategic plan for create new buyers, retaining and increasing business share.
- Identify, research and develop new clients in the local and international market. Meeting clients regularly and ensuring the achievement of a high standard of satisfaction.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, business movement and competitor’s activities. Evaluating the competitor’s activities, being fully aware of new and existing competitors.
- Follow up and resolve any client complaints, ensure that all corporate contracts, billings, etc. are processed accurately.
- Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients. Arrange and conduct site visits/tours as required.
- Identifying & research new business opportunities for different development sectors. Communicate with different marketing channel.
- For promotion, create different ideas and look after the proper execution of promotional activities with the support of long term strategies.
- Involvement in new and existing service and sales development. Collaborate with sales team to maximize sales revenues and adopt sales strategies.
- Maintained liaison and relationship with vendors and co-ordinate with them for marketing proposal, deed, advertisement & promotional activities, billing etc issues.
- Preparing Proposal for perfumes expand Marketing purpose. Event planning & Execution of various types of trade show.
- Lead new initiatives and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure that established project plans are created and managed, approvals are obtained and programs are completed on-time and on-budget for this organization & fix the operational gaps.
- Develop the Institutional needs. Maximizing growth through effective use of business KPI’s and performance.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
- Graduation/ MBA/ Masters completed in any Discipline in any reputed university.
- Graduation from IBA/BBA on Dhaka University/ BUET/ any reputed private university encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Bangla and English language.
- Basic computer skills especially on MS word, Excell, Powerpoint etc.
- Should have Skill in those areas:- Interpersonal, organizational, presentation, communication, Data and analytical, Decision making, Relationship management, Negotiation & diplomatic, Attention to detail, Creative thinking and Goal & Target achievement skills.
- Strong leadership skills must be a team leader, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible to work with different departments.
- Must be Smiling face, confident, punctual and honest in manner. Be creative and able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly.
- Relative experience in Marketing & Management related activities will preferable.
- Experience in advertising & promotion, corporate affairs, branding, public relations, social media marketing, B2B and so on related fields.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking. Capable to handle critical situation and ready to work under pressure.
- Provide executive leadership in matters of academic policy and administration and Assist the institution in the effective and efficient use of and planning for facilities.
- Presentable, Dynamic with Networking Skills, Maintain the Relation with Current Customers and ability to attract New Customers, develop knowledge on customer relationship. Ability travel daily & work for long hours.
- Ability to manage sales, service, commercial, logistic issues & office management effectively.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent knowledge about SWOT analysis.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels and have strategic thinking and problem solving skills to create new strategies, build business cases and solutions.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- IT related company, Service oriented company, Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Public Relation, Customer Support/Client Service, Corporate Marketing, Advertising Agency, Event Management etc.
- At least 2 years’ experience in any organization as business development officer will preferred.
