Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsible for preparing and shuffling of HR Policies related to pay and benefits.
- Should have sound knowledge about pay structure and salary & wages components of employees.
- Preparing salary & wages, allowances, OT payment & bonus sheets as per company policy.
- Payroll management. Oversee the process of salary disbursement, loan, advance, allowances, leave, incentives, maternity leave benefit payments, marriage incentive, festival bonus and leave encashment, full & final settlement bill preparation etc.
- Keep update all related HR policies including employees service book in HR database.
- Prepare disciplinary action related letters from HR software.
- Expert in file/ documentation management and capable of handling and use HRIS.
- Employee training & development, motivational issues, disciplinary action etc.
- Perform other duties as when assign by the superior.

Educational Requirements
- Masters/ MBA in any discipline from any reputed university preferably from any public university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/HR Database Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear, Garments
Job Requirements
- Age At most 30 year(s)
- Should be capable to cope with HRIS/ systems and database.
- Capable of understanding KPI/ objective driven performance management system.
- Computer literacy is must, especially in office package with payroll software.
- Self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented.
- Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.
- Compliance related working knowledge of large factories will be considered positively.
