When the average life expectancy in Bangladesh was 50 years. Age limit for government jobs age for entry into the service was 30 years. At present, the average life expectancy is 72 years, but the age of entry into the service is restricted to 30 years. Why this discrimination? The age limit for entry into the neighboring countries is 45 years. Millions of unemployed youth are not getting jobs in the country.
Age limit for government jobs
While presenting the present president, the speaker argued for the age of 35 years when he was the speaker. Some MPs, including the opposition leader in the parliament, have argued for the age of 35 years to enter the job.

Top educators are making regular arguments for the age of 35 years of entry into the jobs. Everybody should be asked to enter the job age of 35 years. So that meritorious unemployed people can enter the government service by examining their talents and play a leading role in building Digital Bangladesh.
