Job Description / Responsibility
- Check party invoices properly with source documents.
- Prepare payment Voucher (Cash & Bank )
- Delivery Order posting in System (Tally).
- Money Receipts Posting in System (Tally)
- Check TA / DA & Incentive.
- Day to day transactions update to Accounting Software (Tally).
- Having knowledge on store ledger of Manufacturing Organization.
- Prepare all relevant documents to help preparing Financial Statements.
- Proper knowledge on Import & Export related transactions.
- Close monitoring on Party Ledger (AP & AR).
- Perform special Assignment of Management.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Liaison with other relevant department
